At Dreaming College, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, if you find the need to return or request a refund for any reason, please review the following guidelines.

1. Course Registration Fees:

• All course registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances, such as course cancellation by the college.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the school administration within 7 days of the initial payment.

2. Course Material & Merchandise:

• Upon receipt of your payment, we are responsible for promptly providing you with the course materials. Once the materials are dispatched, refunds will not be available. We encourage you to ensure the accuracy of your order before payment.

3. Print Products:

• We operate on a print-on-demand basis, meaning we do not keep stocks of our books. Each book is printed only after the order is confirmed. Due to this process, we regret to inform you that returns and refunds are strictly not available. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

4. Digital Products:

• Refunds are not available for digital products once purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure your order is complete and accurate. We encourage you to review our policy before making a purchase.

5. Processing Time:

• After cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placement, please allow 2 business days for the refund to be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we handle your request promptly. Kindly note that we offer refunds for customers who made their purchase through online payment methods.
